BEATRICE DIRIENZO
GRADUATE ARCHITECT
Beatrice joined LA+D as a Graduate Architect in 2026 after earning her architecture degree from Ball State University, where she graduated with a 3.98 GPA and a minor in Construction Management. Throughout her academic career, she distinguished herself through both design excellence and leadership, receiving multiple honors for her work and serving in leadership roles within Ball State's College of Architecture and Planning.
Prior to joining LA+D full-time, Beatrice gained professional experience working with architectural firms in Indiana and Kentucky, contributing to multi-family housing, adaptive reuse, healthcare, and historic preservation projects. Her experience ranges from construction documents and permitting to renderings, site planning, and field documentation.
Beatrice has a passion for thoughtful design and enjoys exploring creative solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and constructability. Her strong technical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach make her a valuable member of the LA+D team as she continues her path toward architectural licensure.
