ARCHITECTURAL INTERN

Bryce joined LA+D through Ball State University's College of Architecture internship program in the spring of 2026. Although our firm does not typically carry multiple interns at the same time, Bryce's exceptional talent, work ethic, and maturity quickly made him an exception. When he expressed interest in extending his internship, we were excited to continue investing in his development.

From the outset, Bryce demonstrated an ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and take ownership of challenging assignments. His attention to detail, strong design instincts, and willingness to tackle complex problems have allowed him to contribute far beyond what is typically expected of an intern. In many cases, he has been entrusted with significant project responsibilities, coordinating directly with clients and contractors while knowing that our team is available for guidance whenever needed.

Bryce approaches every project with enthusiasm, diligence, and a desire to continually improve. His ability to combine technical skill with creative thinking has made him a valuable member of the LA+D team, and the positive feedback we've received from clients and project partners reflects the confidence they have in his work.

Bryce will return to Ball State University in the fall to continue his architectural education, and we look forward to watching his career continue to develop.
